I got the pc working for the moment

I got the new cpu fan and paste But I just dont like how wobbly it is it's the same kind of fan as I had with those plastic clips and it's just not going well .  If the pc is laying down flat like it is now its running at a normal temp but just carefully with 2 ppl putting it back in its place is enough to knock the fan loose.

I need a better type of fan some different kind of way it attaches to the mother board Any Suggestions?
