Error: (03/30/2024 08:52:19 PM) (Source: Application Error) (EventID: 1000) (User: )
Description: Faulting application name: EADesktop.exe, version: 13.162.0.5675, time stamp: 0x65fd5d1d
Faulting module name: ntdll.dll, version: 10.0.19041.3996, time stamp: 0x39215800

It looks like EADesktop.exe is causing a kernel fault (ntdll.dll). I'm not a gamer but can you play EA games without the EADesktop? If not then uninstall the app then reinstall.

First of all, I appreciate you being here.

The old SATA M.2 SSD never caused this blue screen to appear, but since installing the new SSD, it has.

Unfortunately after doing ur tips, Speccy still prevents me from publishing snapshots.

Unfortunately, yes but the problem happened with other program like steam too.

Hi, You need to confirm what you have done as we have no idea until you do.

IC that you have a Speccy Snapshot.   We do not want a Snapshot, we want the URL as per directions in Post # 12.

Did you do the other stuff in Post 12 ?

If you get a BSOD while not playing a game you may want to do a clean boot and see if you still get a BSOD. Enable a service/startup item a few at a time until you get the BSOD. This could narrow down what is causing the problem.

@ MoxieMomma

"NVMe drives and as ootomet said, I'm unaware of any current desktop motherboards that don't have at least one NVMe m."

is another one of pelorustech's copy and paste posts.

Without using proper links to his carbon copied quotes.

I have reported him several times and personally have warned him, but nothing ever gets done about his flagrant violation of copyrights.
