Highlight the pci express one and see if there are any options?

For both options that gives me Link State Power Management.

Under that I have

On battery: Maximum power savings

Plugged in: Maximum power savings

I can change maximum power savings to moderate power savings and off

Change to off. See if it works then.

Turned it off. Tricky this is this has been inconsistent enough that it will be hard to know if that worked. I think I had to restart my computer 4 times today so I guess I'll see how things go.

Disabling power saving mode for your WiFi network adapter should fix this problem. If using Windows, this can be done as follows: Device Manager -> Network Adapters -> (your wifi nic) -> Power Management, then untick “Allow the computer to turn off tks device to save power". Press ok then reboot.

OR

Go to Device Manager, right-click on your WiFi adapter, and select Update driver. If the driver is already up-to-date, uninstall it and restart your computer.
