If we minimize a program to the taskbar, does it consume more hardware (I mean the consumption of RAM, CPU, graphics and other computer hardware) or if we minimize it to the system tray ? Or is there no difference?

There would be no significant difference between the two. It mostly comes down to what your app is doing while it is running.
