I have never had any BSOD it just freeze for like 3-4 secs and then reboots or just turn black and reboots so i have not run a cleaner.
For clarity;
Software such as Windows can crash and when it does crash you get a BSOD and when enabled a crash dmp is generated, programs or games when they crash can on occasion close to the desktop but the computer will still be 100% functional.
Hardware failure such as a weak power supply and/or overheating are not software related and when a computer for example suddenly turns off, freezes or the screen goes black etc the behaviour should be described as the "computer shut down unexpectedly" or froze etc and not as having crashed as the latter implies a software issue as opposed to an obvious hardware issue when described properly.
Having the correct info means that helpers will not be looking for a software issue when the problem is clearly hardware related.
Yes i did notice that earlier today so i ordered new rams that is on the compatiibility list today.
Something to keep in mind for the future, a CPU must be compatible with a MB whereas the RAM has to be compatible with both the CPU and the MB, this because a MB can be compatible with faster CPUs than the one in your list of parts and MB manufacturers often state RAM speeds that far exceed that which any compatible CPU can handle, this is misleading at the least or dishonest at worst.
Your ram CMK64GX5M2B5200Z40 is not on the Compatibility Page of the Motherboard
For the best and most stable performance you should where possible purchase a CPU and RAM that have been tested and approved by the motherboard manufacturer, this is referred to as the QVL ( qualified vendors list ) understand though that there are too many products released for them all to be tested so other hardware will be compatible but not proven to be by the manufacturer of the motherboard.
I could be wrong but I do not suspect a RAM problem here and this for a couple of reasons, the RAM is the correct speed for the CPU and is made for the 600 series AMD chipset.
Can I just ask which two memory slots on the MB are the two sticks of RAM populating.
The PSU is a Asus Rog Thor II 1200w
A possible contender as the cause, the first versions of the PSU had problems that are almost identical to what you are having and since the problems were raised with Seasonic who make the innards of the PSU no confirmation has been forthcoming as to whether or not the known issues had been corrected, this has resulted in the PSU while being rated as High end the ranking has a ( speculative position ) which = unknown.
Get back to us regarding the RAM slots and I will then suggest a test for you.
