Do you have all the tools to handle fiberoptic cables. I hear that a slight misalignment, and nothing works. Since you only need 20 foot to reach your shop, how about you simply use and Ethernet cable and spare yourself two unnecessarily fiberoptic devices?
PS: If you can replace the power running through aluminum wires, do it. Insurance companies are complaining more and more about those, and hike their fees.

That is a tight fit for sure. I would not risk my pull rod getting stuck in there.
Most likely cheaper to bury a separate conduit to pull through than buying a new pull rod!
If not there is always wireless bridges that will give you good speeds. 60GHz gear will get you a full gig across, but then you need absolute clear line of sight.
